What inspired this?: Etienne Garbugli’s (@EGarbugli) 26 Time Management Hacks I Wish I’d Known at 20 inspired me to make this tool for managing time and becoming more productive.; Also, I’ve read all of Oliver Burkeman’s (@OliverBurkeman) This column will change your life series about social psychology, productivity, and happiness, and that influenced this too.
Whom is this for?: It’s for people who have flexible working schedules and frequent interruptions, such as office workers. It probably won’t help people with fixed schedules.
How do I add more tasks?: Don’t.
What if my tasks are [longer/shorter] than an hour?: Organise your tasks into hour-long tasks.
